DESCRIPTION:This boot camp is the perfect for outdoor activities lovers. \nWe have prepared a 3 day program that combines exercise\, food and other leisure activities so that you can enjoy Tavira with the best it has to offer: nature\, gastronomy and culture. \nThe training is functional and consists of adapting the exercises to the day to day movements\, in order to strengthen the musculature\, increase resistance and to improve flexibility. The exercises are performed with material provided by the trainer in a pleasant outdoor space and are planned based on the physical condition of the participants. \nAnother fundamental part of this program is food and therefore the prepared meals will be planned in order to provide all the necessary elements for the practice of the exercises\, using fresh and local ingredients. At dinner\, 3-course meals of typical gastronomy will be served in a relaxed atmosphere. \nThis program includes: \n\n2 nights accommodation\nfundamentals of the exercises\n3 functional trainings\n2 dinners at the Monte do Álamo\n2 post workout brunch\n1 sports massage\ntour around Tavira\n\n* The price is per person for accommodation in a double / twin room.
