This cooking workshop will take place in Monte do Álamo and consists of preparing a meal with the flavors of the Algarve. Also the participants are invited to taste a typical meal in a informal atmosphere.
This tourist unit is located in a typical farmhouse overlooking the city of Tavira and the sea. It’s also a Agrotourism unit with organic agricultural activity whose products are used in the preparation of meals.
The recipes in this activity are part of the Mediterranean diet, characteristic of southern Portugal: Alentejo and Algarve.
