This culinary workshop will take place in Monte do Álamo, a agroturism unit and consists in preparing a meal with the flavors of the Algarve. Also, the participants are invited to share a typical meal in a homely atmosphere.
This activity begins with a visit to the local market in Tavira where you choose the freshest ingredients for the preparation of the meal.
Monte do Álamo is located in a typical Algarve farm overlooking the city of Tavira and the sea. In addition it is a unit of Agroturismo with organic farming activity whose products are used in the making of meals.
The recipes prepared in this activity are part of the Mediterranean diet, characteristic of southern Portugal: Alentejo and Algarve.
