This boot camp is ideal for lovers of outdoor activities.
We have prepared a 3 day program that combines exercise, food and other leisure activities so you can enjoy Tavira with the best you have to offer: nature, gastronomy and culture.
The training is functional and consists of adapting the exercises to the movements of the day-to-day, in order to strengthen the musculature, increase the resistance and improve flexibility. The exercises are performed with material provided by the coach in a pleasant outdoor space and are planned according to the physical condition of the participants.
Another key part of this program is food and, therefore, prepared meals will be planned in order to provide all the necessary elements for practicing workouts, using fresh and local ingredients. Dinners are 3 course meals of local cuisine served in a relaxed atmosphere.
