This bread and roasts cooking class consists of the preparation of a complete meal in a wood oven. In the end the participants are invited to taste a typical meal in a home atmosphere.

The activity takes place in Monte do Álamo, located in a typical farmhouse of the Algarve, overlooking Tavira and the sea. In addition it is a unit of Agrotourism with organic agricultural activity whose products are used in the preparation of meals.

In this activity we will use recipes that are part of the Mediterranean diet, characteristic of southern Portugal: Alentejo and Algarve.
